- >30 days prior to the event: 100% refund
- 10-29 days prior to the event: 75% refund
- 2-9 days prior to the event: 50% refund
- <2 days prior to the event: no refund
Workshops
- >30 days prior to the event: 100% refund
- 15-29 days prior to the event: 75% refund
- 4-14 days prior to the event: 50% refund
- <3 days prior to the event: no refund
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process.
