The Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) invites presentation proposals for the 2022 SFPE Annual Conference and Expo, which will be held in Detroit on October 12–14. Some preferred topics on which submissions are encouraged are:
- Human Behavior & Evacuation Modeling
- Building Fire/Building Design
- Resiliency/Sustainability
- Fire Dynamics
- Fire Service
- Fire Safety Systems
- Forensics/Investigations
- “New Normal”
- Professional Practice
Presentation abstracts should provide sufficient detail regarding scope, results, and applications to determine the quality and applicability of the engineering concepts that would be presented. Presentations must be noncommercial in nature. Total presentation time would be 25 minutes, comprised of 20 minutes for the presentation and five minutes for questions and answers.
