Culligan International and Ameriwater Announce Partnership

Culligan International, the global leader in water transformation, and Ameriwater, an industry leader in water purification design, manufacturing, installation, and supply, announced a unique partnership to help shape water solutions and services for Central Sterile Solutions, a specialized water treatment for the healthcare industry.

As water quality challenges are more prevalent across North America, Culligan and AmeriWater joined forces to address the most critical water needs in central sterile processing departments, the areas responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing surgical instruments. Such critical work requires water that meets stringent standards from the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) to ensure patient safety.

“We are thrilled to work with Ameriwater to advance this important work for the teams and patients at Central Sterile Solutions,” said Chris Hampton, General Manager, Culligan Commercial & Industrial division. “Our extensive dealership network provides the perfect pathway to introduce Culligan solutions and services to the sterile processing market to ensure more healthcare customers are ANSI/AAMI ST108 compliant.”

Combining Culligan’s Commercial and Industrial expertise and brand trust with AmeriWater’s healthcare expertise elevates the strengths of both organizations to deliver on medical professional and patient needs. Together, they will deliver innovative, reliable water treatment solutions that are compliant and operationally efficient to produce better clinical outcomes.

Mark Doolittle, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Ameriwater, said: “Our cultural, strategic, and industrial alignment with Culligan is clear and compelling. Innovative, customer-centric solutions are key to driving success, and together, our footprint across critical health care markets can have an even greater positive impact on patient outcomes.”
