Responses from the 2022 employee survey commissioned by Best Companies Group showed high employee engagement and satisfaction across all survey categories. Some noteworthy survey results included the following:
- 95 percent of employees agreed that safety is a top priority at CSA Group, with 97 percent of employees indicating that they feel safe in their work environment.
- 90 percent of employees agreed that, overall, they were satisfied with CSA Group’s benefits package.
- 90 percent of employees agree that they like the work that they do.
- 88 percent of employees agree that they understand the long-term strategy of CSA Group.

CSA Group’s Cleveland facility provides testing capabilities to help local and global manufacturers across a variety of industries produce reliable and safer products and components. In fall 2022, CSA Group will open a new 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art energy storage and distributed generation lab offering customers an expanded range of testing and certification services for batteries and distributed generation system components.
