The 2020 ASPE Convention & Expo, to be held September 11 – 16 in New Orleans, is an opportunity for industry professionals to engage in professional development training to advance their careers, improve productivity, and help their firms gain an edge. To achieve that end, ASPE is seeking expert industry speakers to present 60-minute, non-proprietary technical sessions that address current industry trends and technologies.
Topics areas that will be considered are:
- Codes and Standards
- Construction Related
- Equipment and Equipment Design
- Fire Protection and Life Safety
- Legal or Ethical Issues
- Legionella / Water Quality
- Medical Gas
- Project Management / Leadership
- Revit or Software Instruction
- Sustainability
- System and System Design
The session can be a lecture (one to two speakers), panel discussion (two to four speakers), or hands-on demonstration (one to four speakers).

The deadline to submit a presentation proposal is February 28. All completed proposals will be anonymously reviewed by the ASPE Education Conference Subcommittee, and all submitters will be notified of the subcommittee’s decision in early May 2020.
