Eastern Michigan Chapter member wins the WOA Membership Drive
Dann Holmes received a $500 stipend that can be used toward any ASPE product, program, or service for recruiting the most new women members from July 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. During this timeframe, 63 women joined the Society, and as a result of the drive, the Society now has more than 500 women members. 2018 College of Fellows nominations are due by January 31
The Kenneth G. Wentink College of Fellows is comprised of ASPE members who have made significant and exceptional contributions to the plumbing engineering profession, the Society, and the plumbing industry. Two new companies are approved to issue ASPE CEUs
McWane Plumbing Technical Services and Rheem Manufacturing are now approved ASPE CEU Providers for the following courses respectively: "History and Overview of Cast Iron Soil Pipe" and "Understanding The Benefits of High-Efficiency Gas Water Heaters: Tank & Tankless Commercial Applications." Past Montreal Chapter President passes away
Laurier Nichols, PE, joined ASPE in 1996 and most recently worked for Stantec Consultants Ltd. In addition to ASPE, he was a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers, ASHRAE, the Quebec Association of Energy Management, and the faculty of Polytechnique Montréal. Laurier's obituary is available here.

ASPE seeks a Region 2 WOA Liaison
