O. Smith has been recognized, joining more than 135 other honorees, spanning 19 countries and 46 industries over the award\u2019s 18-year run.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have long believed our culture\u2014namely our values and guiding principles\u2014is a differentiator for our employees and customers, and this award recognizes that fact,\u201d said Kevin Wheeler, President, Chairman, and CEO. \u201cThis designation is consistent with who we are and always have been.
