ASPE’s Executive Director/CEO Receives Prestigious IAPMO Award

We are pleased to announce that ASPE’s Executive Director/CEO William M. “Billy” Smith, FASPE, was recently named the 2025 Joseph Kneidinger Sustainability Professional of the Year by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO). The award was one of several prestigious honors presented during the Opening Session of IAPMO’s Annual Education and Business Conference in Palm Springs, California.

The Joseph Kneidinger Sustainability Professional of the Year award honors professionals who best fulfill or symbolize commitment to environmental sustainability. It is named in memory of Joseph Kneidinger, who made a significant impact through his continuing education and expertise in sustainable practices.
