Seattle Charter Meeting Officially Begins ASPE's 61st Chapter

On March 16, 50 ASPE members gathered at Ivar's Salmon House in Seattle to witness the chartering of ASPE's 61st chapter. President Julius Ballanco presided over the ceremony and swore in the Seattle chapter's first board of directors:
